Please follow the below stated instructions to complete your accommodation booking:
- Please chose the correct dates for your stay and set the dates and the number of pax directly on the webpage (max occupancy for each room = 4 pax)
- If needed please use one of the following promo codes: WDFFB for full board option, WDFHB for half board option
- Please notice that each room needs to be booked separately – it is not possible to book several rooms at once
- Please pay close attention the services stated in the offer and directly at the header of the webpage + the booking conditions (non-refundable conditions apply for this offer), chose your preferred room type and confirm your choice by hitting the „CHOOSE ROOM” button
- Based on our GTC and the non-refundable booking conditions a free cancellation is not possible for this offer. The total amount of your stay will be charged from the credit card provided for the booking
immediately after the confirmation. - Once the previous step is completed, you will be offered to add the Gala Dinner ticket to your accommodation booking (confirm your choice by hitting the „ADD” button). The number of tickets is offered based on the number of paxes you are booking the accommodation for (change is not
possible). - Once the previous step with the Gala dinner is completed continue by hitting the „GO TO CART” button and follow the necessary steps of the online process (you can continue without registration).
- Please notice that the names of the guests travelling with you need to be stated in the „RESERVATION NOTES” section or sent via email to the hotel latest by 15th of August 2024 (reservation departments email address: hotel@x-bionicsphere.com). Please identify yourself with your booking confirmation number.
- Please use the „RESERVATION NOTES” section to specify other necessary information about your stay such as food intolerances or allergies, etc.
- To complete the whole booking process please click on the „BOOK NOW” button – a booking confirmation will be generated and sent to your email address.
- Please notice that the booking confirmation must be presented at your check-in at the main hotel reception upon your arrival.
